Moon and Mind

Well I came to know certain thing about moon and its effect over mind. Most of the people would have heard word of mouth infos something like "During full moon and new moon days the lunatics behave weird and they will be uncontrollable" I was thinking that may be something mystic to do with ghost and spirit stuff, but few months before i came across some facts and found that the Moon has certain effect on human body. How?.

We all know that moon has a gravitational pull and compared earth it is less, that is why during full moon days and new moon days the tides are violent in the sea shores. Why water? its because of its liquid property the gravitational force is visible but actually it has effect on all the matter. why only on full moon and new moon days?. The Moon revolves around the earth in an elliptical orbit so the moon comes closer to the earth in orbit every 15 days approximately. When the moon is between the sun and earth is also closer to the earth along the orbit, it is new moon day. when earth is between sun and moon it is full moon day. Since moon is closer in distance to the earth , the gravitational pull of the moon is high during that time.

What happens because of this?. The moon pulls the particles in earth. the easiest on to pull is water/fluid so it pulls it up. That is why the tides are violent!!. Now imagine our earth water content. The exact percentage of water (on Earth) is 71.11% ,and the exact percentage of land (on Earth) is 28.89% . is making water to go violent if this is the case with earth what about our human body, which is made up of 65% water. so there is an obvious effect of moon's gravitational pull over human body. Actually our whole body has effect but we realize only in our mind, its because our body's effect affects the mind. Our human brain becomes completely restless and will be hyper active since we are normal being we think that we are excited because of some incidents happened recently but we forget that we are the one who make the incidents to happen because of the hyper activeness. That is why the word "Lunatic" comes from "Lunar" Since it is restless all the talents and creativity comes out in many forms. But you have to see carefully that it has equally negative effects also one can get hurt so easily during this time, I even monitored some news channels and found that during these days the crime rate is comparatively high. The mind becomes so sensitive to both good and bad , so its better to always stay in good things so our full moon day goes productive and positive.

The enlightened masters say that when you meditate without any food during theses days as in + or - 2 days continuously then the peace and the glimpse is guaranteed. Also in Indian culture, 3 days before new moons day is observed for fasting and meditation. Not only that, Moon plays a vital role in Womens life. a Woman's Menstrual cycle is linked with Moon, it regulates the menstrual cycle, can trigger ovulation and fertile times, as the moon changes its phases Women cycle also changes its phase, Most of the modern menstrual problem or mental problem occurs because they are not in sync with the moon phase due to usage medical drugs to postpone or make it early.

Moon not only controls our mind but it controls the whole earth to run stable,Science says that life in earth is because of the moon. We have always seen that in the medieval age or earlier people were honest, kind, without jealous , without corruption, all these effects are because of the moon.

The Moon was earlier closer to earth and gravity of the moon was strong, and was controlling the mind of people to be calm and peaceful. That is why in the ancient culture such are Egyptian, Greek, Indian we see significant respect for the moon. Every time as the time moves the Moon is moving away from the earth, and also the rotation time changes causing a drastic change in climate, mind, and the entire environment.

In the Yoga there is a worship of Moon called "Chandra Namskar" means Moon worship

Sound Vibrations and Origin of Languages

Many researches have been going on how languages were originated, but researchers have not reached to any conclusion so far. Well, they have been suggesting the similarities in various languages, like Latin and Modern English, Sanskrit and Other Indian Languages and even simlarities in Sanskrit and English. But the origin of basic languages like Sanskrit, Arbi, Latin is still unknown. What is language, many words constitute to form a language. and words are the different sound vibrations, which I have already discused in my previous posts about Kundalini  lie in our body itself on the lotus petals. Sound vibrations have nothing to do with any specific religion and thesr are same for every human body and consciousness. That is why these languages are also called the divine languages (Dev-Vaani),

Petals On Chakras

Each Chakra has a particular number of petals with a Sanskrit alphabet on each petal. The vibration that is produced at each petal is represented by the corresponding Sanskrit letter. Every letter denotes the Mantra of Devi Kundalini. The letters exist in the petals in a latent form. These can be manifested and the vibrations of the Nadis felt during concentration.

Muladhara Chakra

Svadhishthana Chakra

Manipura Chakra

Anahata Chakra

Vishuddha Chakra

Ajna Chakra

The location of these Energy Centres in our body has already been descibed in one of  my Previous Post

The number of petals of the lotuses varies. Muladhara, Svadhishthana, Manipura, Anahata, Vishuddha and Ajna Chakras have 4, 6, 10, 12, 16, and 2 petals respectively. All the 50 Sanskrit letters are on the 50 petals. The number of petals in each Chakra is determined by the number and position of the Yoga Nadis around the Chakra. I will make it still clear. From each Chakra a particular number of Yoga Nadis crop up. The Chakra gives the appearance of a lotus with the Nadis as its petals. The sound produced by the vibrations of the Yoga Nadis is represented by the corresponding Sanskrit letter. The Chakras with their petals hang downwards when Kundalini is at the Muladhara Chakra. When it is awakened, they turn towards Brahmarandhra. They always face the side of Kundalini.

Kundalini Yoga - Scientific Theory

We have brain cells called neurons, there are 2 billion neurons in our brain. But actually we don't have neurons only in our brain we have 6 more energy centers in our spinal cord, these energy centers are made up of neurons, if we see, collectively all these 6 energy centers have 2 billion neurons, i.e., we have 4 billion neurons in total. But these energy centers are not used by us.

In kundalini sadhna we can activate these energy centers and can use them collectively.

There are 7 chakras (energy centers) Mooladhara, Swadishthana, Manipura, Anahat, Vishudhi, Ajnya and Sahasrara Chakra. These chakras represents Earth, Water Fire, Air, Sky, Individual Consciousness and Cosmic consciousness respectively. Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo and Violet (VIBGYOR)colors of these chakras respectively.

If we do kundalini sadhna and activate these chakras, we can see colors of them, and when all the chakras are activated all the colors combine and make white color, so we can see white light within.

As we know sun provides us energy necessary for life in form of white light. But after completion of knudalini sahdna we can see white light within, it means now we don't need sun's energy to survive. So if one starts living at his own, it means he is not dependent on any other external factor for survival. (so the person is eternal) Or in Kundalini sadhna it's the state of "Samadhi/Bliss". The one who attains it, may say "Aham Bhramasmi" or "I Am The God".

Mysterious Kabbalah....Last Part 4

Malchut

One of the deepest teachings of Kabbalah is also one of the simplest: that the world is not what it seems. As we have already explored, that which we experience as the world is actually a veil for the Infinite Oneness, the only thing that really is. Refracted through the various lenses of the sefirot, this "light" is the true structure of what is happening right now.

But what about what seems to be happening right now? A computer, a table, a person reading — are these illusion, maya in the words of another religious tradition?

In the Kabbalah's understanding, the manifest world is also Divine, but it is — using the mythic language of the theosophical Kabbalah — in exile; in a state of apparent separation; in need of unity.

There's a wise teaching that while the mind may know that all is one, the heart still experiences two. You and me; here and there; now and later — or before. And so the heart experiences a yearning which is sometimes sweet, oftentimes holy, and other times bitter and tinged with pain.

This yearning is also part of our reality. Our experience of separateness is part of our reality. And that which is present is not mere illusion: it is the Presence of the Divine, the shechinah, the tenth sefirah, also known as malchut, sovereignty.

Malchut completes the chain of the sefirot. If we imagine the first three sefirot to be an idea arising in the mind, the second three to be the stirrings in the heart as it weighs and evaluates it, and the third three to be the qualities of action that bring it into being, then malchut is its actual being; its manifestation. Yesod has gathered together all of the energies of creation — and then it creates. Malchut is the result.

In short kabalah tells us process , how will is converted in to the actions through thought and emotions. Jagatmithya Brahmsatya. (The world is illusionary “I” am the truth). Or “Ahambrahmasmi”.

This very short guided tour of the sefirot is only one of many which could have been offered. Consult another Kabbalah site, or book, and you will receive a completely different perspective. Such is the nature of the Kabbalah and its symbolism: expansive, open to interpretation, and rooted in a thousand years of polysemous texts. I have focused on the mythical, psychological and theosophical aspects of the sefirot. But I might just as well have focused on the astrological, or even the magical. Of course, another fundamental teaching of the Kabbalah is that interpretation is infinite. We are grounded in sacred text, in this exploration, and hopefully the roots of the tree are strong; but the branches extend far up and away.

The tree of the sefirot itself is only one of many symbolic structures in the Kabbalah, and to learn Kabbalah in an authentic way requires a serious playfulness, a willingness to delve deeper and deeper into these fascinating images and myths, to see where both the historical and personal truths reside.

Mysterious Kabbalah....Part 3

Netzach, Hod, and Yesod

In the Kabbalistic schema, netzach and hod balance into yesod. If tiferet is the heart center, bringing together the various emotional energies to the core of inner balance, yesod is the sexual organ, bringing together the various productive energies to the place of generativity. Recall that all sefirot have anatomical correspondences: hesed, gevurah and tiferet are right arm, left arm and heart-center; netzach, hod, and yesod are right leg, left leg, and sex organ.

In some charts of the sefirot, yesod is simply the phallus, and in many Kabbalistic texts, it does function in this way. But the situation is actually more complicated. Sexually, yesod is the conduit between male and female energy, and as such includes both male and female genitalia. Think of it in terms of generation and procreation. Yesod is where the energies come together — the Kabbalists did not have an idea of "genetic material" as we do, though it maps on quite well — and are united into manifestation, which is malchut — the last sefirah which we'll get to next. For a man, this can be understood as bringing together all the energies and projecting them out into the world. For a woman, it might be understood as bringing together all the energies so that their manifestation can be birthed

Mysterious Kabbalah....Part 2

Hesed, Gevurah, and Tiferet

The second triad in the tree of the sefirot is that of hesed, gevurah, and tiferet, or lovingkindness, judgment, and harmony. This triad is probably the easiest to understand. But to make it simpler I advise you to take the first three triads as Brahma, the creator, the second triad as Vishnu, the operator and the next three triad as the Shiva in formless state (or the shivalinga) the state just before the manifestation and the last sefirot Malchut as Ganesha. Always remember Brahma Vishnu and Mahesh are not the three different Gods but these are the three different attributes or characteristics of one God.

The dynamic relationship between hesed and gevurah can be expressed in terms of human relationship. We might suppose that all we want in the world is more hesed, more lovingkindness, and a person should try to cultivate and express as much of it as possible. Often, that may be true. But imagine a relationship in which one partner is always full of hesed, doing everything for the other partner, not caring for his/her own needs, and trying, all the time, to help, nurture, feed, support, guide, provide for, and generally love the other. Quickly, such a relationship will become dysfunctional. Eventually the other partner will form a dependence on the first one, or will feel smothered, or will yearn for self-expression and some degree of self-sufficiency. A relationship in which separateness is completely lost is not a healthy relationship. So even in the case of two lovers, gevurah — restraint, holding back — is necessary.

As I mentioned above these three triads can be easily understood as Lord Vishnu, who is the operator or the palanhar, but he is also having the kaalchakra in one hand meant for the judgement to maintain the balance that is the balance between love and judgement. Usually, what our world needs is more hesed, more lovingkindness; more extension of the self to help and nurture others. But not for the sake of hesed, but for the sake of tiferet — harmony, beauty, compassion — the place of balance between hesed and gevurah

Mysterious Kabbalah..........Part 1

What is the world? Who are we? What is the significance of our lives and actions? What is God? How can we come to know ultimate reality in our own experience? How do the body, heart, mind, and spirit fit together? And what are the roles of myth, ritual, Introduction, morality, eroticism, meditation, ecstasy, sacred text, and prayer on the spiritual path?

These are some of the questions asked by the Kabbalah. You probably know that, in recent years, the Kabbalah has become very popular —

Kabbalah literally means “receiving”, study of Kabbalah, like other contemplative practices, can be de-centering, even frightening. In those moments when the phenomenal world really does blink out of existence, you're left with yourself (at an intermediate stage, anyway; eventually that, too, blinks out) and your fears. This can be a very unsettling, and psychologically dangerous, place. So I think the restrictions on Kabbalah study are actually quite wise. They are there to make sure that only well-grounded people study it — because only well-grounded people can really enter the Orchard and come back in one piece, others may get disturbed psychologically like Britney Spears and Madonna in the recent times who attempted to gain the knowledge from Kabbalah.

There is no evidence when this Kabbalah was written but it took the contribution of many Jews mystics. So much of the Kabbalah is kept secret because it is meant to be revealed only to those who are capable of receiving it. Share the light with everyone, and some people will shatter, like the vessels in the Lurianic myth.

I will only explain the ten sefirots of Kabbalah. Ten sefirots are not only the map of a human but also of the universe and it secretly tells us about the creation of universe. Following is the explanation of the ten sefirots and the story of creation, read patiently:

The "top" triad of the sefirot is, in a sense, the mind of God. Keter, meaning "crown," is transrational, and beyond all cognition. We can say almost nothing about it, except that it is the first stirring of what we would call "will" within the Infinite. In the world of keter, nothing exists: not "God," not the universe, only the Ein Sof, with the most subtle intention to expand into manifestation. (It's important that we keep reminding ourselves, by the way, that the spatial and temporal language of theosophical Kabbalah is analogical only. There is no before and after in this world of the Divine, and there is no near and far. Everything is now, and here; all these primordial processes are, from our perspective, constantly occurring.)

Hochmah, meaning wisdom, is like a point: no dimension of its own, but the beginning point for dimensionality. From our perspective, hochmah is that "higher wisdom" that some systems call primordial Awareness. It is the first quality to proceed from Nothingness: that Being knows. This noetic quality of the universe — that every leaf "knows" when to fall in the autumn, that every atom "knows" how to organize itself — is, for the Kabbalists, the most refined quality of the manifested world. If you'd like to imagine the emanation of the sefirot in terms of the Big Bang, hochmah is the singularity with no size, but with the "laws of nature" already instantiated. There is nothing there, but there is the Divine Wisdom which organizes all of creation.

Binah, meaning understanding, is a kind of partner to Hochmah. The sefirot are often gendered (sometimes multi-gendered), and their interaction is often depicted as a series of erotic interchanges. In this case, hochmah is the male and Binah is female, the Divine womb, the generative principle of the rest of the universe. Binah gives birth to the sefirot, and thus to the world of manifestation itself. She is the concealed, hidden, supernal Divine mother. She is also the beginning of separation — binah is related to the words for knowledge based upon distinctions. Binah is the ocean, the many-chambered palace (note the Jungian flavor to the symbolic associations here), and womb in which Hochmah sows the seed of creation. She is the ground of space and time — not yet expanded, not yet contracted, but the principle of spatiality and temporality itself, ready to give birth to the world.

Notice also the remarkable correlations between the Kabbalah and other systems of thought. Binah and hochmah map easily onto "left brain" and "right brain" thinking, even though the Kabbalists presumably had no scientific knowledge of the brain's internal structure. I have already made an analogy to the Big Bang theory of cosmic origination. Many people suggest similarities between the tree of the sefirot and the Hindu system of the chakras, energy-centers within the body….

Indian Mystics

India was the land of Mystics. In the golden era of India every one was at least a rishi. Who are these Mystics. In India mystics are known as Rishi. Lets see what are these rishis.

Rishi, muni, tapasvi and manasvi – we use these words as synonyms. Vedas introduce rishis as krantdarshis, those capable of seeing beyond narrow, selfish, good and bad of present times. Because of this capability rishis are known as drashtas. Modern science uses microscope and telescope for expansion of vision. Yet, our vision doesn’t reach to depths and heights. Rishis could see beyond everything. Nothing in the present, past or future was beyond their vision. One who is constantly engaged in the experiments of probing the mysteries of nature is known as muni. Muni means “manansheel tapasvi” i.e., the one who is constantly engaged in understanding the real nature of life and the related problems through tapasya. Muni is an intermediate step between an ordinary man and rishi. The ultimate achievement of tapasya is to become mantra drashta. For rishis being mantra drashta is a must. Tapasya is the easiest and common sadhana but every tapasvi is not muni. Muni studies external circumstances and antahkarana in a state of continuous awareness. As a result of which many secrets in nature are open to him. Munis with such developed vision are called manasvis or manishis.

Upanishadkar mentions three types of drishti (vision) sukshmadrishti, antardrishti and divyadrishti

The shukshmadrishti of the rishi sees the wider spectrum of human life.

The antardrishti of rishi is capable of seeing the root causes of our behavior hidden in the anatahkaran in form of seeds.

The divyadrishti of the rishi enables him to see the past, present and future at the same time.

Rishis can be classified as brahmarshi, rajarshi and devarshi. Though all the three are engaged in the service of Vishwa vasudha (world) the areas of work are different. Brahmarshi is always engaged in chintan. He can reach to the depths of consciousness and subtlety of universe and find the principles of life. This type of research work is generally possible only in seclusion and hence brahmarshis lead a life of seclusion. Vashista, Vishvamitra and Yagnavalkya are examples of Brahmarshis.

Uttarkhand in Himalayas is such divine place where several bhramarshis are engaged in the research into tatvagnan and atma vignan and come out with the lofty principles, which can manifest divinity in man.

The principles formulated by Brahmarshis are implemented by Rajarshis, who are engaged in the direct service of society. King Janaka is an ideal example of rajarshi.

Devarshis are those who communicate the messages of Brahmarshis to others in inspiring words. Narada is an example of Devarshi who could inspire Dhruva, Parvati, Valmiki and Prahlada.

In the recent times Bhagwan Rajneesh (Osho) can be quoted as Brahmarshi, Ravindranath as Devarshi and Gandhi and Purushottam Das Tandon as examples of Rajarshis.

My Experience with A Drug Addict: Final Part2

As soon as I came to about his dependency upon the drugs I started maintaining distance from him. And gradually the things kept on changing and I moved in to a new city. Where after a period of time, once again I came across few other drug addicts. One of them once again became a very good friend of mine. He is a super brain and did his M.Sc.(Physics) from Delhi University and once he told me his experience while under the influence of marijuana. It is as under as told by him:

"First thing after smoking (Ganja) and eating (Bhang) the marijuana was that today I have taken the overdose. Very soon I was in "Trans", I could recognise every beat every vibration of mine and of the whole universe, all of sudden I and the whole universe was divided in to two and I could see everything in Black & White. Black was vibrating with very negative frequency whereas the white had the very positive frequency. Soon I realised that now I am in the deep state of meditation and if this polarity of negative diminishes I could attain the state of "0" (Zero or Shoonya) and I tired overlapping these vibrations of opposite polarity, nothing else in the world or universe was existing not even my "I" or "me" and not even your "I" or "You". Only duality was there and I wanted to attain the state of singularity or the state of final consciousness. I could see the number 22(no. of bones in our ribcage and our skull) was being divided by the number 7, I say the result as 3.14285.......and the infinite series .I wrote the result on my subconscious mind and then I saw this:

3.14.............

I wanted to use 3 as and bow and want to put an arrow by tying the steel wire (pratyancha) on the bow. I tried but the bow was broken and their was horrible noise of thunderstorms (all sounds were "anahata nad") and suddenly many Divine Gods gathered in my state of consciousness to appreciate me I was almost clueless what all this is going on I was waiting for Parshuram to come but he did not. My brain was drying up slowly and it was draining within me, Lord Indra was almost waiting for me, my mind power was maltreated but 5 senses did not like all that, my mind asked for the help of the God of Gods and Lord Krishna came up to protect me and I saw Him in the mysterious no. 3.14........ as a decimal. The center part of "3" was Shivalinga, and my eyes were Moon and Sun and in between I felt my whole energy accumulated, I kept on moving. I saw Lord Shiva telling me carry on..you will reach somewhere today I tried to chant the "Mahamrityunjay Mantra" but I hardly remembered the Mantra. Suddenly I saw the no. 4(like an Hindi Alphabet "pa") I asked what's this for, somebody told me to gamble your life I stayed strong and I continued, I lost (I don't know how, but I lost), I was seeking the help of my sixth sense(Karna) to favour me but I was unfortunate. I saw the 3.14..... converting in to the Hindi word (Aap), I asked my self about "pa", and told he is there to create the universe, I asked myself then "who Am I" I heard you are "Ma", and my goal was to create the whole existence.

I could see the divine light but within a fraction of second I suddenly ran out of the state of deep consciousness and saw a rainbow, but it's inclining part only could be seen, I was bewitched by the beauty of that rainbow and my consciousness travelled in to that inclining part and suddenly, declining part still bein invisible, I found myself in a temple where there were a lot of Rats and all those rats were considered to be very holy. Now I started thinking from a rat's perspective., and first question after a long period arose in my mind was "Who Am I", I was frightened, I had a constant drift between these two lives. I decided to go back in to my real(previous) world, but many forces (Angels) were compelling me to stay in that state only, but I was very desperate to get my previous body so I decided not to hear them and go back and very soon I saw myself in my present body. That gave me a bit of relax."

This was the experience as explained by my friend, he is a lecturer in Physics in a degree college and seeking help from the government so that he can carry out his research on the Drugs and spirtuality.

This man saw three divine letters Aa, Ma and Pa within himself (as anahata nad) and not to say these are very three words a child starts yelling in the beginning of the process of "learn to speak". He saw Lord Rama breaking the bow of Shiva and he saw the Pandavas and Kauravas gambling and he saw his Draupadi (his mind) was betted down.

I do not know what this whole was, but that once again awoke my slept interest in "Physics".

If my older drug addicted friend somewhere finds this article, I have solved the mystery of Pi(22/7) for him.

Stay tuned for many such mysteries unfolded.

My Experience with A Drug Addict: Part 1

Many people ask me about the source of inspiration or the information where I get this whole information from to write about. But most of the people reach to the conclusion and think I keep on surfing the web the whole day and gather the information to publish my post on the blog. Well, this is not true, I ask you why haven't anybody out of you given their thoughts on such subjects. You may say that we are too busy to waste our time in all this. So let me tell you I am as busy as you are in terms of earning money and doing everything what you do to fulfill your materialistic desires. But again the question remains intact "what is the source of inspiration or information". Now through this post I am going to reveal the source, the Holy Ghost.

While in 12th Standard during my studies, once I was solving a question of calculus, suddenly one question appeared in my mind, what if we differentiate 0(zero), answer was infinite and simultaneously another question "what if we integrate this infinite" arose in my mind and I got the answer as "0"(zero). Suddenly In was under deep stress and I opened the books of Physics to read about nuclear fission and fusion, acceleration and friction, I opened the book of Zoology to read about contraction and expansion of heart, and finally I read about the laws of attraction and repulsion in chemistry responsible for chemical boding. Later I once again studied the centripetal and centrifugal forces. Deliberately, I had almost solved the riddle of formation of universe. All these topics I studied had one thing in common, all these laws and forces were meant to keep the particular state of matter in equilibrium. Be it the differentiation and integration or the contraction and expansion or attraction and repulsion or the most important law of "construction" and "destruction" which is not found in any text book but only in the old scriptures.

After this experience I lost my interest in the studies and I started studying various other topics. I started with quantum physics and metaphysics. I had no interest in the topics which were more important to get the marks in the board examinations. Although I had firm belief that I could get more than 90% or even 100% marks in all subjects Physics Chemistry and Mathematics as I could visualise all theories and formulae, or I had the power of clairvoyance. But I never wanted to score so high lest I should fell in to the category of "bookworms", because to me all those students getting more than 90% were idiots and I never wanted to look like an idiot in my own eyes. So somehow I managed to score more than 78%, as I was not studying at all to score in the examinations, my interests were totally distracted. I decided to complete my graduation somehow and do something and explore something which nobody knows.

I started some business but again that was a mistake, things changed dramatically, time kept on moving and finally everything settled and I started concentrating on my actual passion the "God".

I started thinking about the day when I was solving that calculus numerical. I called up my friend used to be my class mate in 12th standard. Suddenly I came to know that he has been taking marijuana (Pot or Bhang) since his childhood, as this is tradition of his family. Suddenly I realized I had dinner at his home on the very day I was solving that calculus. It didn't take me much time to understand that I was under the influence of a drug Marijuana on that day I got the mystical experiences. That friend of mine after completing his M.Tech degree from IIT joined some I.T. company and is well settled now a days.

After few months I came across a guy (he is very good friend of mine now a days, but cant reveal his name in here) who had left his studies, and when I asked the reason he said "buddy, I couldn't understand the value of Pi(22/7 or 3.14……..), that's why I had to leave my studies. I wasn't satisfied with this reply because he had scored 82% in PCM in12th standard and was very intelligent. Gradually we became friends and soon I realized this guy is addicted to drugs.

Science and Spirituality!

It is really very surprising, most of the Indian people who claim to have the firm belief in God, don’t even know the actual meaning of spirituality. They always take the God as a myth and uses Him in various ways to achieve something in their lives. These idiots are mostly found shouting nonsense prayers in the Temples, Mosques, Gurudwaras and Churches. Just by doing such foolish activities they claim that they have pleased the God. To them, God is a fool who is always waiting His devotees to come and praise him by paying him few coins and few grams of sweets. These poor people have their own psychology, which to me is nothing but a mental disorder.

Actually spirituality is nothing but science and it is very easily understandable. But the God fearing people may start cursing me after reading this article. Let them be happy in this fashion only. Writing this article about spirituality so that at least such people may understand the whole concept of God.

First God is not your Boss who has decided few laws in “Do’s and Don’ts”, and by obeying these laws you can achieve something and please the God and disobeying would lead you to the place called hell. God is sheer science. Let’s see how!

We have studied in basic physics, that matter consistes of atoms and further atoms consists of electrons, protons and neutrons. We have also studied about the waves of different frequencies(vibrations with different cycles). Every different wave of different frequency has it’s own nature, which is different from the wave of some different frequency. Few waves can be heard(sound), few waves can be seen(colours), and few waves can be touched(matter), smelling and tasting is also some sort of vibrations, and our body has 5 senses for feeling above mentioned waves/vibrations in the form of ears, eyes, nose, tongue and skin. All senses are governed by a common organ which is our Brain. All these sense organs communicates with the brain with the help of receptors which are used for passing the signals again in the form of waves and nature of the wave is detcted by our brain.

In one of my previous post I mentioned our body is the reflection of this universe or our body is a miniature universe. Below are two pictures shown which show you the similarity between our brain cells and universe.

Now what, the basic difference between these two is of the colour. Our brain cell as shown is showing the red colour and the universe is showing the violet colour. Please note that the arrangement of the colours in rainbow is in the order VIBGYOR. Violet is the wave of highest frequency and red has the lowest frequency. One who meditates and follows the spiritual path shifts constantly upwards towards the violet waves or towards the higher vibrations(You must read Alpha, Beta, Delta and Theta waves of our brain) by making his mind calm and calm. Ultimately when all the driving forces of the brain disappear the person is supposed to have achieved the “Param Gyan” or “Ultimate spirtual bliss”. All these constitute together to form the white light, that is why you must have seen our enlightened masters having white light behind their heads. The word "YOGA" has the same meaning "joining our self with universe" or "becoming one with universe".

As we know, we, the humans use only 4-5% of our brain, moreover 97% DNA of the human body is the junk DNA. Now Science has started accepting the importance of this unused brain and Junk DNA. But due to some distortion in the genetic coding of our DNA in past, we have forgotten our acual path and actual goal. If we have a look upon our nervous sytem, we can see the neurons(brain cells) present in our head and in our whole spinal chord too. Greek, Indian and Mayan mystics have already explained/written about the seven energy centres("chakras" in Hindi) in the human body in their respective scriptures which are opened by Kundalini Yoga, by driving our life force energy upwards, which is also considered rising of the snake(remember DNA is in the same form which is basic element of life, and also see the doctor's symbol, two coils rising upwards arond a pole) around our backbone.(or read my post about sacred Indian rivers to know the ida, pinala and sushumna nadis) All this process is done by meditation or by few breath controlling exrcises or Yoga. Each colour of VIBGYOR, each "sur" of the music and each day of the week is associated with these chakras. And Biblical explaination of "creation in seven days" contains the same signifcance, opening of each chakra requires some basic rules which include controlling the diet or any other form, that is why  we often come across few people always giving the lectures "this and that should not be done on Tuesday" , and bla bla bla. Idiots, infact Super Idiots!

So the most important thing to understand that nothing in this universe is what we feel like. If we talk about a snake, with his eyes he sees the object in the form of infrared lights (or one's aura) and the he can not recognise the mass of the body with his eyes like we do. Thus, he recognises one's aura and can know whether the person may be dangerous for him or not. He recognises the matter by feeling the vibrations of the energy on it’s skin and it’s skin starts vibrating in resonance with the frequncy of that particular object and hence giving the snake the idea of it’s presence. As we know according to quantum mechanics, everything behaves in dual nature, which is wave nature and the particle nature. The whole existence is bound to follow this rule of duality. Even our life has dual aspects. Since we consider ourselves merely a three dimensional creature, we can’t see the other side of the existence at the same time. For example you can not see the both sides of a coin at one instance. Therefore we must have some idea of the fourth dimension the TIME. That gives us the idea of three dimensional world and we are able to see the other part of life at one instance using our common sense which is also known as the sixth sense or spirit or third eye, or intuition. But the people as Einstein said "poor in spirit"(dim bulbs) can never attain this form of spirtual gain.

Those who don’t understand should study again the principles of quantum physics or the theory of relativity by Einstein, which says

E=MC² (i.e. matter can be converted in to energy and vice versa). So we can say at the time of big bang nothing existed not even space, not even time, but after the big bang a sound wave "AUM" was produces which ultimately formed the universe, and even this source of infinte energy produced the matter. So we can say matter is energy, and energy is nothing but the empty space in the form of waves, so our whole body is nothing but an empty space or the bundle of waves of different frequencies, as Einstein said "Matter is energy, energy is light and we all are light beings", but our senses create the illusion and we are captured in this circle of life and death, becuase of the five emotions which are "Kam", "Krodh", "Lobh", "Moh" and "Ahankaar". Theses five emotions and five elements "earth", "fire", "water", "Air" and space came together to form this dual illusionary world. That won't be an exaggeration if I say we are merely the dreams of God(The supreme force responsible for creation".

Coming back to the matter and energy concept, LHC(Large Hadron Collidor) the most expensive experiment till date is being conducted just to unfold this mystery of empty space. Scientists, in this experiment are trying to know, where the mass comes from and they have named that source the “boson particle”. Again let me tell you Boson is not the particle, actually it is our supreme consciousness, which, actually is responsible for the mass in the matter. Because, as we know matter consists of many atoms which are again consisted of electrons, neutrons and protons, which are actually the energy fluctuations, NOTHING ELSE. So think again where this mass comes from, and where did we come from,

That is why, as I said earlier spirituality is entirely a different concept, it requires control on our sense organs. It s not just going to the temples and chanting few silly prayers, and to me this is the height of foolishness. This article may offend few so called religious people, but you cannot reject Science.

Death????

If I keep my eyes closed

They will never find me,

I have got them

All fooled.

Why did not they think of this?

What a beautiful game

A snake rises in my body,

From an eternal sleep

Wither and fade will be my flowers

As on it’s belly, crawls through my dreams.

See I am invisible,

No, you can not,

That is the trick.

Why did not they think of this?

WHAT A BEAUTIFUL DANCE,

My Dears,

Why do you cry?
